3. Operation Guide
3.1 Cold & Hot Tap Water (Left & Right Knobs)
3.2 Purified Drinking Water (Front Knob)
Twist the front knob counter-clockwise to release filtered drinking water for direct drinking, tea, coffee and baby formula.
3.3 Turn Off All Water
Twist all three knobs fully clockwise until tight to shut off cold, hot and purified water completely.
4. Core Product Features
4.1 Full solid brass construction: Thick brass body and spout, rust-proof and pressure-resistant for long kitchen service life.
4.2 Fully separated dual waterway design: Purified water runs through independent central tube inside the spout, no contact with tap cold/hot water, ensures safe drinking water.
4.3 Triple independent control knobs: Separate switches for cold water, hot water and purified water, easy to operate without cross-interference.
4.4 60° rotatable high-arc spout, large clearance for big pots and fits single/double sink layouts.
5. Product Applications
5.1 Household kitchen daily use: Wash fruits, vegetables and tableware with cold/hot mixed water; get instant purified drinking water for drinks and cooking.
5.2 Families equipped with under-sink water filtration systems.
6. Installation Notes
6.1 Pre-install preparation: Close cold/hot main water valves and filtered water machine valve, drain residual water from all pipelines.
6.2 Distinguish three water hoses clearly: Connect cold hose to left inlet, hot hose to right inlet, purified water hose to front dedicated inlet, do not mix up pipelines.
6.3 Post-install test: Open three water supplies slowly, inspect all hose joints, tap base and spout outlet for dripping; test each knob’s opening/closing function and spout rotation.
7. Daily Usage Instructions
7.1 Gradually adjust hot water knob to avoid sudden full hot water output and scald risk.
7.2 Do not twist knobs with brute force to protect internal ceramic cartridges from damage.
7.3 Use front knob only for drinking water; avoid pouring boiling hot water through purified water pipeline for long durations.
7.4 If water flow weakens, detach and clean the aerator filter mesh to clear limescale blockage.
8. Troubleshooting & Analysis
Fault Phenomenon |
Root Cause |
Solution |
Weak water flow of any circuit |
Corresponding supply valve not fully open, hose kinked, aerator clogged |
Open the matching valve fully, straighten twisted hose, rinse aerator filter mesh |
Single circuit drips after closing knob |
Worn independent ceramic cartridge of that channel |
Replace the faulty single cartridge separately |
Water leaks at tap base |
Aged/missing rubber base gasket, loose bottom fixing nut |
Install new intact gasket, evenly tighten base lock nut |
Leakage at hose connection ends |
Loose threaded nuts, damaged hose sealing washers |
Retighten hose nuts, swap defective sealing washers |
Purified water has strange taste |
New pipeline residual factory film, filter cartridge expired |
Flush purified water channel for 3–5 minutes; replace water filter cartridge |
9. Maintenance & Care
9.1 Daily cleaning: Wipe chrome brass surface with soft microfiber cloth and mild neutral detergent only. Never use steel wool, bleach or acidic descaling cleaners which scratch plating and corrode brass.
9.2 Periodic maintenance every 3–6 months: Rinse aerator filter mesh; inspect three braided hoses for aging/cracking; lightly lubricate knob threads and spout rotating joint with food-grade silicone lubricant.
10. Suitable Target User Groups
10.1 Homeowners with water filtration systems, demand separate purified drinking water outlet.
10.2 Owners of retro/European/farmhouse styled kitchen renovation.
10.3 Elderly users who are used to traditional multi-knob tap operation.
10.4 Homestay, café and small catering business operators.

Q2: Is purified water channel separated from cold/hot tap water?
A2: Yes, purified water flows through an independent central tube inside the spout, fully isolated from domestic washing water to prevent cross-contamination.
Q3: Where is the control knob for purified drinking water?
A3: The front knob is specially designed for purified water, left for cold tap water, right for hot tap water.
Q4: How many inlet hoses are equipped with this tap?
A4: Three high-pressure burst-proof braided hoses for cold, hot and filtered water respectively.
Q5: Can I replace one single cartridge if it is damaged?
A5: Yes, three fully independent cartridges, you only need to replace the faulty one instead of all three.
Q6: Does the spout support 360° rotation?
A6: Yes, the high-arc spout can rotate horizontally 360 degrees freely for single and double sink use.
