2. Working Principle
2.1 Cold water and hot water are delivered separately to the brass tap body via two high-pressure braided hoses.
2.2 The built-in ceramic mixer cartridge mixes cold and hot water proportionally. The right-side single lever synchronously controls two parameters: lifting height adjusts total water flow size; left-right swing adjusts the mixing ratio of cold and hot water to change outlet temperature.
2.3 Mixed water flows through the internal brass channel of the high-arc spout, then passes through the aerator to form soft, even water flow for kitchen cleaning use.
2.4 The entire spout can rotate 360° horizontally to flexibly adjust the water outlet position for different sink areas.
3. Operation Guide
3.1 Turn On & Adjust Water: Lift the right handle upward to open water flow; the higher you lift, the larger the water output. Swing the handle horizontally: swing left for colder water, swing right for hotter water; the middle horizontal position outputs warm balanced mixed water.
3.2 Turn Off: Push the handle fully down to the lowest position to completely cut off the water supply.
4. Product Key Features
4.1 Full Brass Construction: Both spout and main body adopt thick solid brass.
4.2 Reliable Ceramic Mix Cartridge: Smooth, precise temperature regulation.
4.3 High-Pressure Resistant Braided Inlet Hoses: Anti-burst, heat-resistant.
4.4 360° Rotatable High-Arc Spout: Large vertical clearance fits big pots, pans and baking trays; full rotation perfectly fits single or double kitchen sink layouts.
4.5 Standard Single-Hole Deck Mount: Universal size fits most standard kitchen sink holes without extra drilling work.
5. Product Applications
5.1 Household daily kitchen use: Washing fruits, vegetables, tableware, pots and pans, sink cleaning and food preparation.
5.2 Kitchen renovation and new house decoration: Matches modern, minimalist, European and other mainstream cabinet and sink styles.
5.3 Light commercial scenarios: Café back kitchens, small restaurant prep areas, apartment pantries, staff canteens.
5.4 Double-basin sink configurations: 360° rotating spout easily shifts water flow between two sink basins without moving cookware.
6. Installation Notes
6.1 Pre-Install Preparation
Close the cold and hot main water stop valves completely, drain residual water from internal pipelines to prevent leakage during assembly.
Check all accessories: tap main body, two braided hoses, rubber base gasket, fixing nut, aerator are all intact before installation.
Confirm your sink has a standard single mounting hole size matching the tap base; no additional drilling is needed.
6.2 Installation Operation Rules
Screw the two high-pressure braided hoses firmly onto the tap’s cold/hot inlet ports; tighten nuts with moderate force—over-tightening will crack thread fittings and cause water leakage.
Put the rubber sealing gasket between the tap base and sink countertop surface to prevent scratching and seepage.
Fasten the lock nut tightly under the sink to fix the tap body firmly, ensure zero wobble after installation.
Screw the aerator onto the end of the spout by hand gently, do not use hard tools to over-tighten.
6.3 Post-Installation Inspection & Test
Slowly open cold and hot water supply valves, inspect all hose joints, tap base and spout outlet for water seepage or dripping.
Test handle function: check smooth flow adjustment, temperature switching, and confirm no dripping after fully closing the lever.
Rotate the high-arc spout 360° multiple times to verify rotation is smooth with no jamming.
7. Daily Usage Instructions
7.1 Always operate only the right-side single lever to control all water functions; do not twist or pull the spout violently beyond its rotating range.
7.2 Avoid running the tap at maximum flow for extremely long durations to reduce unnecessary cartridge wear.
7.3 If water flow weakens, first unscrew and clean the aerator filter mesh to remove limescale and sediment blockages.
7.4 Do not hit or impact the brass tap body with hard cookware to avoid denting or scratching the chrome surface.
8. Troubleshooting & Fault Analysis
Fault Phenomenon |
Possible Causes |
Effective Solutions |
Weak or uneven water flow |
Supply valves not fully open, braided hose kinked, aerator clogged with limescale/sediment |
Fully open stop valves, straighten twisted hoses, remove and rinse aerator filter mesh |
Tap drips continuously after handle is closed |
Worn ceramic mixer cartridge, damaged internal silicone sealing rings |
Replace matched original ceramic cartridge or worn sealing O-rings |
Water leaks at tap base |
Missing/aged rubber base gasket, loose bottom fixing nut |
Install new intact rubber gasket, evenly tighten the base lock nut |
Spout cannot rotate smoothly |
Dust/limescale built up at spout connection joint |
Wipe joint clean, apply tiny amount of food-grade silicone lubricant to rotating joint |
Obvious water temperature fluctuation |
Unstable household cold/hot water pressure, cartridge aging |
Adjust home water pressure system; replace cartridge if aging severely |
Water leaks from hose connection ends |
Loose threaded nuts, damaged hose sealing washers |
Retighten hose nuts, replace defective sealing washers |
9. Maintenance & Care Guide
9.1 Daily Surface Cleaning
Wipe the chrome brass surface with a soft microfiber cloth and mild neutral detergent only. Strictly avoid steel wool, bleach, acidic descaling agents and abrasive cleaners—these will scratch plating and corrode brass substrate.
9.2 Long-Term Non-Use Storage
Turn off cold and hot main water supply valves, open the tap handle fully to drain all residual water inside the tap body and hoses; this prevents freeze cracking in cold weather and stagnant water odour.
10. Suitable Target User Groups
10.1 Family household owners: Durable full brass build meets high-frequency daily kitchen use, simple single-lever operation suitable for adults, teenagers and elderly users.
10.2 Home renovators & interior designers: Classic minimalist chrome appearance matches most kitchen cabinet and sink styles, standard single-hole installation fits most renovation plans.
10.3 Small catering & café operators: Heavy-duty pressure-resistant structure withstands frequent commercial daily use, low maintenance cost and easy cleaning.
10.4 Owners of double-basin kitchen sinks: 360° rotating high spout greatly improves cleaning efficiency across two sink spaces.
10.5 Users prioritizing material quality: Prefer solid brass over thin stainless steel taps for longer service life and better pressure resistance.
11. FAQ
Q1: Is the spout made of brass or stainless steel?
A1: Both the high-arc spout and main body are constructed from solid H59 brass with polished chrome plating for premium durability.
Q2: Are the inlet hoses pressure-resistant?
A2: Yes, we equip high-pressure burst-proof braided hoses for stable cold and hot water connection.
Q3: Can this tap fit a double sink?
A3: Absolutely, the 360° rotatable spout can freely shift water flow between two sink basins.
Q4: Does the tap require complicated installation drilling?
A4: No, it uses universal single-hole deck mount design, compatible with most standard kitchen sink holes with no extra drilling needed.
Q5: Why does the tap drip slightly after closing the handle?
A5: Minor dripping usually comes from worn cartridge or damaged inner seals; you can replace the matching ceramic cartridge to fix the issue quickly.
Q6: How do I clean limescale from the tap surface?
A6: Use only mild neutral descaling solutions and soft cloths; harsh acidic cleaners will permanently damage the chrome plating and brass material.
Q7: Can I replace the braided inlet hoses myself?
A7: Yes, the hoses adopt standard universal thread size; you can swap new compatible braided hoses easily without professional plumber help.
