3. Operation Guide

3.1 Turn On & Adjust Water

  • Left lever (Hot): Lift lever upward to open hot water; higher lift = larger hot water flow.
  • Right lever (Cold): Lift lever upward to open cold water; higher lift = larger cold water flow.
  • Adjust two levers proportionally to match your preferred warm water temperature and flow strength.

3.2 Turn Off

Push both levers fully down to the lowest position to completely cut off cold and hot water supply.

4. Core Product Features

4.1 Composite premium material: Solid brass main base for stable pressure resistance, 304 stainless steel spout for anti-rust and long service life.
4.2 Split independent cold/hot cartridges, single faulty cartridge can be replaced separately without changing both.
4.3 Standard two-hole deck-mounted design, widely compatible with most double-hole sink countertops.

5. Product Applications

5.1 Household kitchen daily cleaning: Wash fruits, vegetables, tableware, cookware and sink surfaces

5.2 Budget apartments, rental housing, simple style kitchen renovation

5.3 Light commercial scenarios: Staff pantries, small homestay prep areas, laundry utility sinks

5.4 Old house renovation replacing traditional two-hole twin taps

6. Installation Notes

6.1 Pre-install: Close cold/hot main water stop valves and drain residual water inside pipelines.

6.2 Connect braided hoses to tap cold/hot inlets; tighten nuts moderately to avoid thread cracking and leakage.

6.3 Post-install test: Slowly open water supply, inspect all hose joints and tap base for dripping; test two levers’ opening/closing function smoothly.

7. Usage Instructions

7.1 If water flow weakens, detach and clean the aerator filter mesh to clear limescale blockage.

7.2 Avoid heavy hard cookware hitting the tap surface to prevent scratches and dents on chrome plating.

8. Troubleshooting & Analysis

Fault Phenomenon

Root Cause

Solution

Weak water flow

Supply valve not fully open, hose kinked, aerator clogged

Open valves fully, straighten twisted hoses, rinse aerator filter mesh

Single side drips after closing lever

Worn independent ceramic cartridge of that channel

Replace the faulty single cartridge separately

Water leaks at tap base

Aged/missing rubber base gasket, loose fixing nut

Install new intact gasket, evenly tighten base lock nut

Leakage at hose connection ends

Loose threaded nuts, damaged hose sealing washers

Retighten hose nuts, swap defective sealing washers

Obvious water temperature fluctuation

Unbalanced household cold/hot water pressure

Adjust home water supply pressure balance

9. Maintenance & Care

Daily cleaning: Wipe chrome surface with soft microfiber cloth and mild neutral detergent only. Never use steel wool, bleach or acidic descaling cleaners which scratch plating and corrode metal.

10. Suitable Target Users

10.1 Owners of standard two-hole kitchen sinks, old house renovation customers

10.2 Elderly users accustomed to traditional dual-lever tap operation

10.3 Rental property renovators seeking cost-effective durable taps
